Where are you located ?

Our Office is located in Co. Monaghan on the R162 Between Monaghan & Ballybay.

What are your open Hours ?

Our office hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday every week. We do provide 24/7 support for our regular business clients.

Can you provide remote support?

Yes. Time is precious and often times Technical issues can be resolved remotely. Within moments we can access your Computer to provide you with assistance.

What Counties do you Service ?

We Provide Technical Support in the Counties of Monaghan, Cavan & Louth, but we are not limited to the above. If your based in another county contact us to find out more.

Do you do Callouts ?

Yes we do. We can arrange a time that’s suits you to callout to your Home or Business.

Do I need an Appointment ?

Yes, We ask all of our customers to contact us to arrange an appointment before calling into our Office.

How Long is the Product Warranty?

In our store our Mobile Phones, iPads, New Computers and Laptops all have 1 year warranty. Our Refurbished Computers and Laptops come with a 2 year warranty.

I have a specific IT issue, can you help ?

We often have customers ask us if we can help with a technical problem not listed on our website as a service. We Do indeed help our customers and clients with all sorts of Technical issues.
